Terms

These terms cover your use of SouvenirPix galleries, purchases and messages. By opening your gallery, buying photos, or giving your number or email to a SouvenirPix photographer, you agree to them.

Your photos

• Your gallery link is private. Anyone you share it with can see the photos in it.
• Photos you haven't bought show a watermark and are deleted after the time shown in the gallery.
• Photos you buy are for your personal use: keep, print and share them with friends and family and on social media. Please don't resell them.
• Free photo offers are subject to the steps shown in the gallery (for example, leaving a review or sharing), one per guest unless stated otherwise.

Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay, plus any sales tax. Card payments are processed by Stripe. If a photo you bought is damaged, missing or not you, contact us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund it.

Text message program

• Program: SouvenirPix photo notifications and offers.
• What you get: your private photo gallery link, reminders before photos expire, receipts, and occasional offers from SouvenirPix and the venue where you were photographed.
• How you join: by giving your mobile number to a SouvenirPix photographer, or entering it on our QR code page, a booking or a waiver.
• Frequency: message frequency varies, usually a few messages per visit.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. See our privacy policy: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

Don't try to access galleries that aren't yours, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limits

We work hard to deliver every photo, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the photos concerned.
